1. Who we are

2. Services

We design, build and maintain dixhital products: web applications, iPhone applications, AI solutions and cyber security services. The specific scope, timeline and price of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement for each project — nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer.

3. Quotes and payment

Estimates shared through the website, chat or email are indicative until confirmed in a signed proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, projects are invoiced in milestones and work begins after the first payment.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables we build for you. We retain the right to reference and display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless we agree otherwise in writing.

The UX.AL name, logo and website content are our property and may not be reused without permission.

5. Liability

This website is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or lost data.

6. Third-party links

Our website links to products and platforms we have built or use. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version. Client agreements state their own governing law; for this website, the law of the Republic of Albania applies unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
