We collect as little as possible and sell nothing. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
1. What we collect
When you contact us through the form or the project chat, we collect what you type: your name, email address, company/brand name, budget range and message. For abuse prevention we also process your IP address.
The website sets a single functional cookie ("locale") that remembers your language choice. We run no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.
2. How we use it
We use your contact details for one purpose: to reply to your inquiry and, if we end up working together, to deliver the services you asked for. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when submitting the form or chat.
3. Where it goes
Form and chat submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend (resend.com), our email processor. The website is served by our hosting provider. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
4. How long we keep it
Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@ux.al and we will respond within 30 days. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
